Hope the issue that you mentioned seems be with Comcast Account Login. If so, please do try resetting the password.
If you cannot access a Username with a password, you can change the password by clicking on RESET Password option in the account login window.

- Need to know the exact error message pops up while trying to login into account.
- Need to know the type of internet connectivity like – DSL, Wireless or Cable.
- Need to know did you make any recent changes in the account settings.
